I co-developed a CMFGEN model grid designed for interferometry with Dr. Armando Domiciano de Souza, publicly available via AMHRA (Analysis and Modeling at High Angular Resolution, PI: A. Domiciano de Souza).
The grid targets hot, massive stars (typical Teff ≈ 20-50 kK and M ≈ 15-100 M⊙). Using the POLLUX library of CMFGEN synthetic spectra (produced by Drs. Fabrice Martins and Ana Palacios) and the corresponding input parameters, we computed radial specific-intensity profiles out to about 100 R★. From these profiles, the tools build monochromatic image cubes (intensity maps) across a broad wavelength range from 400 to 13500 nm and at multiple spectral resolutions, ready for interferometric simulations and data interpretation.
